Sale and Rent Scheme
Through this option you can sell your property at a very good price and rent back your own house by way of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (Semi Annual Renewable) and stay occupied as long as you keep paying a reasonable pre agreed rent.
There could be a variety of reasons to Sale and Rent. You may be having debt problems, facing financial hardship, build up credit card bills or facing a County Court Action for recovery of sums. You may like to use this option to raise funds to buy a business or you may be a pensioner like to raise capital or income to improve your lifestyle. You may like to sell your property to finance the purchase of an overseas property.
All homeowners are eligible for this facility and it is not in the market for a specific age group clients.
Once you become a tenant, some help with rent payments may be available subject to circumstances from your local council by means tested housing benefit. Please check the rules and limitations with your local council before proceeding with Sale and Rent back
Please think carefully, once your house is sold, you cannot raise money again on the same property if you run out of cash to improve your position or being a pensioner you cannot leave a legacy to relatives if your house is sold and funds have been spent, once deal is completed, reversal or repayment is not possible |
